  2. 02

    Harvest

Eight to nine months later, the pods are picked at full maturity, precisely when their aromatic potential is at its peak.

  3. 03

    Preparation

Scalding, sweating, sun-drying, and then curing in boxes: a patient craftsmanship, inherited from the SAVA region, that reveals the richness of each pod.

  4. 04

    Export

Packaging, quality control, and international logistics: we ship directly, without any intermediaries, to your workshops.
